8.3. Đánh giá sơ bộ tác động của dự án tới môi trường: nhờ EDO
- Các tác động chính thuộc dự án ảnh hưởng tới môi trường thiên nhiên (không khí, nước và đất), sức khỏe của con người và an toàn môi trường (cho từng giai đoạn chuẩn bị dự án, thực hiện dự án, vận hành khai thác công trình dự án hoặc giải trình về việc thực hiện quy định của pháp luật về bảo vệ môi trường).
- Các vấn đề quan tâm có liên quan có thể gây rủi ro cho dự án trong tương lai và các biện pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro.
- Nội dung chính của kế hoạch quản lý môi trường và mức độ bao trùm của kế hoạch đó.
- Các kiến nghị về tác động môi trường được phản ánh và hỗ trợ trong thiết kế và thực hiện dự án (kể cả trong phân tích kinh tế và các biện pháp thay thế).
8.4. Đánh giá hiệu quả kinh tế của dự án:
- Số lao động cần cho quản lý Dự án và vận hành nhà máy: khoảng 100 người.
- Nộp ngân sách: Dự án sẽ nộp ngân sách tiền thuế TNDN trong vòng đời Dự án (20 năm).
- Mở rộng hoạt động của ngành điện sang một lĩnh vực: Sử dụng năng lượng sạch để sản xuất điện.
- Chuyển giao công nghệ: công nghê xây dựng, lắp đặt, vận hành và bảo dưỡng nhà máy phong điện – nhà máy điện mặt trời.
