Theo sự chỉ đạo từ các văn bản, chỉ thị của Bộ GD & ĐT, tôi xác định rằng, hoạt động Câu lạc bộ là một trong những loại hình hoạt động nhằm góp phần đổi mới phương pháp dạy học trong nhà trường hiện nay, là biện pháp quan trọng thực hiện nội dung của cuộc vận động “Xây dựng trường học thân thiện, học sinh tích cực”. Xuất phát từ tinh thần ấy, tôi đã tổ chức thành công Câu lạc bộ tiếng Anh và đã hoạt động đạt được một số kết quả ban đầu đáng phấn khởi.
