Đóng file lô hàng
- Cuối tháng, lưu hồ sơ lô hàng theo “Quy định lưu hồ sơ, chứng từ tại các file và holder làm hàng và lưu trữ”. Hồ sơ lưu hàng bao gồm:
+ Job Order
+ Hợp đồng vận chuyển/Booking note
+ MBL, HBL
+ Giấy báo nhận hàng
+ Giấy ủy quyền nhận hàng/Lệnh giao hàng
+ Biên nhận giấy tờ
+ Các giao dịch khác
+ Job Account
- Cập nhật vào File List theo “Quy trình kiểm soát hồ sơ”.
