áp dụng hệ thống chất lượng theo ISO 9000Công ty cần áp dụng hệ thống chất lượng đã thiết lập để chứng minh hiệu lực và hiệu quả của hệ thống. Trong bước này cần thực hiện các hoạt động sau:
• Phổ biến cho tất cả mọi cán bộ công nhân viên trong công ty nhận thức về ISO 9000.
• Hướng dẫn cho cán bộ công nhân viên thực hiện theo các quy trình, thủ tục đã được viết ra.
• Phân rõ trách nhiệm ai sử dụng tài liệu nào và thực hiện theo đúng chức năng nhiệm vụ mà thủ tục đã mô tả.
• Tổ chức các cuộc đánh giá nội bộ về sự phù hợp của hệ thống và đề ra các hoạt động khắc phục đối với sự không phù hợp.

• Conduct internal review of the suitability of the system and recommended the corrective actions for nonconformities.
