- Quan tâm tới con người Nhà lãnh đạo quan tâm tới năng lực cá nhân, phẩm chất đạo đức, kỹ năng làm việc và suy nghĩ của cấp dưới trong việc quy định quyền hạn và trách nhiệm cho mỗi người
Căn cứ vào mức độ quan tâm khác nhau của nhà quản trị đến công việc và đến con người có thể chia làm 4 dạng phong cách lãnh đạo
