2) Cấu tạo trong buồng nghiền của máy nghiền bi có thanh gạt ngăn bi chà xát dẫn đến lực va đập nhiều hơn lực chà xát.
3) Bắt đầu khoảng thời gian 120 phút ( xxx vòng) Hạt xi măng bị dẹp xuống dẫn đến độ mịn không chính xác.
4) Để đạt được độ mịn và sót sàng theo yêu cầu khoãng thời gian :
Theo TCVN 7024 quy định (đối với OPC của Clinker) độ mịn yêu cầu 2800 – 3200 hoặc lượng còn lại trên sàng 0.08 mm từ 6 – 8 %
Bước tiếp theo: Cấp phối : 90% Clinker + 4.5% thạch cao + 5.5% đá vôi
