Nhà thầu xin cam kết giá thành loại cống mới nêu trên không lớn hơn giá thành của loại cống theo thiết kế ban đầu, đồng thời vẫn đảm bảo đầy đủ các tiêu chí về khả năng chịu lực và cường độ của bê tông cống theo đúng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của dự án.
