- Thời gian làm việc: khách sạn phục vụ 24/24 tuy nhiên nhân viên nhà hàng chia theo 3 ca làm việc:
Ca 1: Từ 06h 00 – 14h 00
Ca 2: Từ 14h 00 – 22h 00
Ca 3: Từ 22h 00 – 06h 00
Tuy nhiên, nhân viên phải có mặt trước 30 phút để chuẩn bị.
- Đồng phục nhân viên: Nhân viên nhà hàng phải mặc đồng phục và đeo bảng tên khi làm việc.
* Nhân viên Nam: mặc quần tây đen và áo sơ mi trắng có đeo nơ đen.
* Nhân viên Nữ mặc đồ theo ngày:
• Thứ 2 và thứ 3 mặc áo dài đỏ
• Thứ 4 và thứ 5 mặc áo dài xanh
• Thứ 6, thứ 7 và chủ nhật mặc váy.
- Nguyên tắc làm việc: toàn bộ nhân viên nhà hàng làm việc nghiêm túc và chu đáo, phục vụ tận tình cho khách, đáp ứng một cách tốt nhất nhu cầu của khách.
