Quảng Ninh chọn doanh nghiệp Pháp để phát triển chính quyền điện tử
Chiều ngày 5/9, lễ ký ghi nhớ hợp tác giữa tỉnh Quảng Ninh, công ty Linagora và công ty Hanel DTT đã diễn ra tại Hà Nội nhằm phát triển chính quyền điện tử và đào tạo nguồn nhân lực về phần mềm nguồn mở tại tỉnh Quảng Ninh.

Lễ ký được diễn ra nhân chuyến thăm Việt Nam của Tổng thống Pháp Francois Hollande kéo dài 3 ngày từ 5-7/9 nhằm cụ thể hoá nội hàm Đối tác Chiến lược hai bên đã ký kết hồi 2013, làm rõ các hướng hợp tác trên tất cả các lĩnh vực, gồm chính trị - ngoại giao, an ninh - quốc phòng, thương mại - đầu tư, khoa học - công nghệ và giáo dục - đào tạo.

Theo bản ghi nhớ hợp tác, công ty Linagora (Pháp) và Hanel DTT sẽ hỗ trợ Quảng Ninh đánh giá mô hình Chính quyền điện tử của Tỉnh để từ đó tư vấn các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của hệ thống Chính quyền điện tử tỉnh Quảng Ninh.

Ngoài ra, công ty Linagora và Hanel DTT cũng sẽ nghiên cứu đề xuất hỗ trợ Quảng Ninh xây dựng hệ thống Thư điện tử công vụ với hơn 20.000 người sử dụng. Hai công ty cũng sẽ nghiên cứu đề xuất hỗ trợ Quảng Ninh xây dựng Cổng thông tin về du lịch và đối ngoại mang tầm quốc tế.

Bên cạnh đó, Quảng Ninh sẽ phối hợp với công ty Linagora và Hanel DTT đào tạo phần mềm nguồn mở cho cán bộ chuyên trách về công nghệ thông tin và sinh viên Trường Đại học Hạ Long.
