6.12 Trong quá trình diễn ra triển lãm, Bên B không được thực hiện bất kỳ công việc cũng như phát ngôn với tư cách là đại diện cho Bên A tại triển lãm, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: việc tư vấn bán hàng, tư vấn về các vấn đề liên quan đến xe … Đồng thời, Bên B cũng không được thực hiện bất kỳ hành động gì làm tổn hại tới hình ảnh và y tín của Bên A (ngoại trừ các công việc với Ban tổ chức liên quan đến việc thực hiện dịch vụ theo Hợp đồng này và thỏa thuận giữa Hai Bên).
