Không phát sinh bất kỳ khoản nợ tiềm tàng nào phát sinh từ những sự kiện đã xảy ra có thể ảnh hưởng đến các thông tin đã được trình bày trong Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất mà Tập đoàn không kiểm soát được hoặc chưa ghi nhận.


02. Những sự kiện phát sinh sau ngày kết thúc kỳ kế toán

Không phát sinh bất kỳ sự kiện nào có thể ảnh hưởng đến các thông tin đã được trình bày trong Báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất cũng như có hoặc có thể tác động đáng kể đến hoạt động của Tập đoàn.

03. Thông tin hoạt động liên tục

Không có bất kỳ sự kiện nào gây ra sự nghi ngờ lớn về khả năng hoạt động liên tục và Tập đoàn không có ý định cũng như buộc phải ngừng hoạt động, hoặc phải thu hẹp đáng kể qui mô hoạt động của mình.

Tập đoàn không lập báo cáo bộ phận vì không thỏa mãn 1 trong 3 điều kiện phải lập báo cáo bộ phận theo lĩnh vực kinh doanh hay khu vực địa lý được quy định tại Thông tư 20/2006/TT-BTC ngày 20/3/2006 của Bộ Tài chính v/v hướng dẫn thực hiện sáu (06) chuẩn mực kế toán ban hành theo Quyết định số 12/2005/QĐ-BTC ngày 15/02/2005 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính.
