Tôi đang công tác tại cơ quan Phòng

Tôi đang công tác tại cơ quan Phòng Tài chính – Kế hoạch thị xã Điện Bàn, tỉnh Quảng Nam, Việt Nam. Được sự lãnh đạo của ông Trưởng phòng là quyền lực pháp lý, cơ quan chúng tôi định kỳ mỗi tháng họp nội bộ cơ quan 1 lần. Tại cuộc họp này chúng tôi chủ yếu sử dụng truyền thông trực tiếp, ông Trưởng phòng sẽ triển khai, phổ biến các hoạt động của cơ quan trong một tháng đến với các nhân viên cơ quan. Tôi cảm nhận được rằng, truyền thông tại cuộc họp cơ quan của chúng tôi dỡ tệ dẫn đến chất lượng công việc tại cơ quan không đem lại hiệu quả cao. Tôi nghĩ xảy ra vấn đề này là do:
Thứ nhất, vấn đề xảy ra ở người gửi – là ông Trưởng phòng. Trong quá trình truyền tải thông tin đến các nhân viên thì ông đã nói quá nhanh, khi triển khai một vấn đề ông đã không dùng ngữ điệu trong cách nói làm người nghe thấy nhàm chán, và khi trao nhiệm vụ cho một cá nhân nào đó thực hiện thì ông đã không phân công rõ ràng. Để khắc phục những vấn đề này, ông Trưởng phòng cần nói chậm lại để người nhận theo kịp vấn đề, khi nói cần nhấn mạnh những vấn đề quan trọng và phân công công việc rõ ràng cho từng cá nhân.
Thứ hai, vấn đề xảy ra ở người nhận – là các nhân viên tại cơ quan.
