1. Bên B cung cấp cho Bên A nghiệp

1. Bên B cung cấp cho Bên A nghiệp vụ hỗ trợ hành chính và vận hành Nghiên cứu theo đúng đề cương và quy trình của Nghiên cứu trong thời gian nghiên cứu.
2. Bên B cung cấp cho Bên A nhân viên điều phối nghiên cứu phục vụ cho Nghiên cứu (CRC), hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ hành chính và vận hành cho các khoa tham gia nghiên cứu.
3. Các nghiệp vụ hỗ trợ nghiên cứu của Bên B cho Bên A:
(1) Hướng dẫn bệnh nhân đến những phòng ban khác nhau (phòng thí nghiệm, phòng xét nghiệm hình ảnh, phòng tư vấn, phòng đo thị lực, phòng kiểm tra, phòng tiêm chủng).
Hỗ trợ điều phối viên nghiên cứu hiện tại bằng cách :
- Dẫn bệnh nhân tới mỗi phòng (phòng xét nghiệm hình ảnh, phòng thí nghiệm, phòng tư vấn…).
- Thu thập những tài liệu đã thực hiện xong sau mỗi giai đoạn đánh giá.
(2) Đảm bảo sự hoàn thành của tài liệu nguồn (bao gồm photo, in ấn hướng dẫn sử dụng thuốc, tiền sử y khoa…)
(3) Nhắc nhở nghiên cứu viên chính hoàn thiện tài liệu nguồn và các hồ sơ nghiên cứu liên quan.
4. Trách nhiệm công việc hỗ trợ cụ thể của Bên B trong nghiên cứu này do Nghiên cứu viên chính chỉ định và ủy quyền được thể hiện trong "Bản phân công trách nhiệm trong nghiên cứu" và "Bản mô tả công việc của CRC".

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

1. party A Party B provide administrative support services and operate in accordance with study outline and process of research in the study period. 2. party A Party B provide research coordinator staff for research (CRC), support for administrative and operational services for the Faculty involved in research.3. The professional research assistance of Party B for party A to:(1) a patient guide to the various departments (laboratories, photo laboratories, consulting rooms, rooms measuring vision, immunization room, inspection).Support existing research coordinator by:-Lead patients to every room (photo laboratory, laboratories, consulting rooms, etc.).-Collect the documentation was done after each phase of assessment.(2) ensure the fulfilment of the source material (including photo, printing of manuals medicine, medical history, etc.)(3) the reminder main researcher perfected the source documents and the records of research involved. 4. job responsibilities for specific support of Party B in this study because the main researcher assigned and delegated was reflected in "A assigned accountability in research" and "A description of the work of the CRC".

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

1 Party B to Party A provides professional administrative support and operational research in accordance with the design and process of research in the study period.
2. Party B shall provide Party A research coordinator for research serving (CRC), professional administrative support and operational departments to participate in the study.
3. The study supports the business of Party B to Party A:
(1) Guiding patients to different departments (labs, photo labs, prevention counseling, optometry room, testing room , immunization clinic.)
Support coordinator current research by:
- Guide to each patient (images labs, laboratory, consulting rooms ...).
- Collect the documents were real completed after each assessment period.
(2) Ensure the completion of source documents (including photo printing manual medicine, medical history ...)
(3) Remind principal investigator completed friendly source documents and records related research.
4. Responsibility to support specific work of Party B in this study by the research staff appointed and authorized to be expressed in "The division of responsibilities in research" and "The job description of the CRC".
