FPT là Công ty đầu tiên ở Việt nam đi tiên phong áp dụng hệ thống phần mềm Quản lý nhân sự quốc tế PeopleSoft (PS) do Oracle xây dựng. Đây là một hệ thống thông tin phức tạp, đòi hỏi tính chuyên nghiệp và trình độ tác nghiệp cao trong hệ thống. Hệ thống PS tại FPT đang triển khai các phân hệ tuyển dụng, đào tạo, quản lý cán bộ nhân viên, lương thưởng, thuế thu nhập cá nhân và các đãi ngộ khác. Việc sử dụng hệ thống PS giúp FPT quản lý tốt thông tin trên toàn hệ thống cũng như tác nghiệp các báo cáo nhân sự nhanh, theo chuẩn quốc tế, đồng thời kiểm soát được việc triển khai công tác quản lý nhân sự ở tất cả các công ty thành viên, phát hiện, xử lý và kiểm soát trong quá trình tác nghiệp

The use of the PS system helps FPT good management of information throughout the system as well as the personnel reports operation fast, according to international standards, and control the deployment of the personnel management in all of its member companies, detect, treat, and control during operation
