5.5 Hủy đơn hàng: LGEVH có quyền hủy hoặc thay đổi đơn hàng mà không phải chịu bất kỳ phí hủy bỏ hoặc thay đổi nào [trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày trước khi giao hàng]. Trong trường hợp LGEVH thông báo hủy bỏ hoặc thay đổi đơn hàng, NCC, trong vòng hai tư (24) giờ kể từ khi nhận được thông báo đó, phải gửi cho LGEVH xác nhận bằng văn bản về sự hủy bỏ hoặc thay đổi đơn hàng đó. Ngoài ra, LGEVH không chịu trách nhiệm cho bất cứ chi phí nào, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn, các chi phí vận chuyển hoặc chi phí xử lý, phát sinh do việc hủy bỏ hoặc thay đổi đơn hàng đó.

5.5 Canceling orders: LGEVH has the right to cancel or change orders that are not subject to any cancellation or change fees would [within thirty (30) days prior to delivery]. In the case of LGEVH the notice to cancel or change an order, NCC, in the second round (24) hours from receipt of the notice, send to LGEVH confirmed in writing of the cancellation or change of order. Also, LGEVH is not responsible for any costs, including but not limited to, the cost of shipping or handling costs, incurred by the cancellation or change of order.

5.5 Cancel orders: LGEVH have the right to cancel or change an order without incurring any cancellation charge or change [within thirty (30) days before delivery]. In case of cancellation notice LGEVH or change orders, NCC, within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of such notice, shall send LGEVH confirmation in writing of the cancellation or change unit item. Also, LGEVH not responsible for any costs, including but not limited to, transportation costs or disposal costs, incurred due to cancellation or change that line.
