4. Trưởng đoàn công tác có trách nhiệm báo cáo kết quả công tác với Hiệu trưởng, phó hiệu trưởng phụ trách, trong thời hạn 03 ngày làm việc sau chuyến công tác.
Điều 14. Theo dõi đánh giá
1. Giám đốc chương trình đào tạo thạc sĩ, trưởng phòng có trách nhiệm phổ biến, quán triệt Nội quy này tới cấp dưới. Các thành viên của Trường thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh Nội quy này.
2. Trường hợp vi phạm, tùy theo mức độ nghiêm trọng và tần suất vi phạm, giám đốc chương trình đào tạo thạc sĩ hoặc trưởng phòng sẽ phối hợp với Văn phòng xem xét, áp dụng một trong các hình thức sau:
a) Văn phòng gửi văn bản nhắc nhở.
b) Đề nghị Hiệu trưởng ra quyết định khiển trách.
c) Đề nghị Hiệu trưởng ra quyết định cảnh cáo.
d) Đề nghị Hiệu trưởng ra quyết định buộc thôi việc./.
