Yêu cầu đối với công trình thi công

Yêu cầu đối với công trình thi công: Phải thực hiện theo Điều 73 Luật xây dựng (trước khi khởi công).
Việc quản lý chất lượng công trình xây dựng: Nhà thầu phải tuân thủ đúng quy định quản lý chất lượng xây dựng công trình được ban hành theo Nghị định số 15/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 6/2/2013 về quản lý chất lượng công trình xây dựng.
