Việc sửa đổi, bổ sung nội dung hợp

Việc sửa đổi, bổ sung nội dung hợp đồng này (nếu cần thiết) các bên sẽ tiến hành thoả thuận, bàn bạc và ghi nhận trong một phụ lục hoặc thay thế bằng một hợp đồng mới.
5.3. Bất kỳ tranh chấp nào giữa các bên phát sinh từ /hoặc liên quan đến Hợp đồng này hoặc việc thực hiện các nghĩa vụ theo Hợp đồng này sẽ được giải quyết thông qua thương lượng trên cơ sở cùng hợp tác thuận lợi. Nếu thông qua thương lượng các bên không đạt được thoả thuận, tranh chấp sẽ được đưa ra toà án có thẩm quyền tại tỉnh Phú Thọ để giải quyết.
5.4. Hợp đồng này được lập thành ba (03) bản tiếng Việt,
Người học nghề giữ một (01) bản, Công ty giữ hai (02) bản.
