Trong TĐKT, nguồn vốn huy động từ các công ty thành viên trước hết được tập trung đầu tư tại các công ty thành viên, vào các dự án có hiệu quả nhất, những dự án tạo ra sức mạnh quyết định đến sự tồn tại và phát triển của các công ty thành viên và Tập đoàn.
+ Hình thành và phát triển các TĐKT là giải pháp quan trọng giúp Tập đoàn tích cực đẩy mạnh nghiên cứu, triển khai ứng dụng khoa học công nghệ mới vào SXKD của các đơn vị thành viên.
