6.12. Trong trường hợp Bên A thanh

6.12. Trong trường hợp Bên A thanh toán trễ hơn so với thời hạn thanh toán được đề cập trong Hợp đồng, Bên A phải chịu mức phạt tương đương với lãi suất cho vay áp dụng bởi ngân hàng Vietcombank vào thời điểm thanh toán đối với số tiền tương ứng số tiền chưa thanh toán.

6:12. In case Party A late payment than payment period mentioned in the contract, Party A are subject to a penalty equivalent to the interest rate applied by Vietcombank at the time of payment for amounts corresponding to the unpaid amount.
