3. Căn cứ nghiệm thu :
- Căn cứ Hợp đồng dịch vụ tư vấn số số:1905/2014/HĐ/SS-TW ký ngày 23/05/2014 giữa Công Ty TNHH Đầu Tư Và Phát Triển SILVER SHORES và Công ty TNHH Thế giới Kỹ thuật về việc thực hiện công tác quan trắc cho công trình xây dựng “việc thi công dự án Khu Du Lịch Và Giải Trí Quốc Tế SILVER SHORES tại Phường Khuê Mỹ ,Quận Ngũ Hành Sơn,TP Đà Nẵng.”
- Căn cứ vào Đề cương phương án quan trắc lún và nghiêng do Công ty TNHH Thế Giới Kỹ Thuật lập và Chủ đầu tư phê duyệt theo quyết định số 56/2014/ĐC-TW
4. Chúng tôi tiến hành nghiệm thu với các nội dung sau:
