Liên qua tới vấn đề này, thuở sinh thời, thủ tướng Võ Văn Kiệt nói: “Có lẽ một ngày nào đó, lịch sử sẽ xem xét lại công và tội của Dương Văn Minh để đối xử đúng mực với ông.”
