TRANH CHẤP VÀ GIẢI QUYẾT TRANH CHẤP
Trong trường hợp xảy ra tranh chấp hợp đồng các bên phải có trách nhiệm thương lượng giải quyết.
Trường hợp không đạt được thỏa thuận giữa các bên, việc giải quyết tranh chấp thông qua hòa giải, Trọng tài hoặc Tòa án kinh tế tỉnh Long An giải quyết theo quy định hiện hành của pháp luật.
Quyết định của tòa án là phán quyết cuối cùng, có hiệu lực bắt buộc thi hành đối với các bên liên quan. Bên có lỗi phải chịu mọi phí tổn liên quan đến việc giải quyết tranh chấp.
