Biên bản cuộc họp Hội đồng thành viên được ghi vào sổ biên bản, có chữ ký của Chủ toạ và thư ký, được thông qua trước khi bế mạc cuộc họp. Các trích lục biên bản phải có chữ ký của Chủ tọa cuộc họp
