2. Trực tiếp triển khai thi công chi tiết và giám sát công tác thi công hàng ngày tại công trường.
3. Tính toán khối lượng thi công chi tiết phục vụ cho công tác cung cấp vật tư và nghiệm thu.
4. Nghiệm thu công việc các nhà thầu phụ theo từng giai đoạn thi công trước khi nhà thầu tiến hành các bước tiếp theo.
5. Nghiên cứu bản vẽ, lập kế hoạch & theo dõi các công tác xây dựng.
6. Phối hợp với nhân viên ATLĐ trên công trường đảm bảo tốt công tác an toàn lao động.
