As per the aforementioned letter, the Contractor Daelim has requested subcontractor BRE17 to speed up work program for construction drawing designing and complete this item on the end of October 2015. However, the designing subcontractor – Britec withdrew from the Project, Bridge Enterprise 17 tried to find a new designing subcontractor and sign the contract to expedite work program, the designing work will cost nearly twice as much as the original designing cost. Bridge Enterprise 17 will try to meet the work program of designing as required by Contractor Daelim and finish it on the end of October 2015. Nevertheless, with some difficult items and site plan have not been cleared such as 2nd Ring Road Bridge, Nhue Bridge, we would like to delay the completion these items until December 2015 (Please see the attached work program for construction drawing submission).
