Mẫu nghiên cứu bao gồm nhiều doanh nghiệp trong giai đoạn 2010 – 2013, vì vậy, luận án sử dụng phương pháp phân tích hồi quy dữ liệu bảng cân bằng theo mô hình các yếu tố tác động cố định (FEM) và mô hình các yếu tố tác động ngẫu nhiên (REM). Với từng mô hình, luận án sẽ sử dụng phương pháp kiểm định F hoặc kiểm định t để kết luận về ý nghĩa của các biến độc lập trong việc giải thích cho biến phụ thuộc.
