là người đại diện cho lãnh đạo Công ty về hệ thống chất lượng, được Giám đốc Công ty chỉ định trong số các Phó Giám đốc, thực hiện các nhiệm vụ sau:
- Đảm bảo các quá trình cần thiết của HTQLCL được thiết lập, thực hiện và duy trì;
- Báo cáo cho Giám đốc về kết quả hoạt động của HTQLCL và mọi nhu cầu cải tiến;
- Tổ chức thực hiện các biện pháp cần thiết để thúc đẩy toàn bộ tổ chức nhận thức được các yêu cầu của khách hàng;
- Liên hệ với các tổ chức bên ngoài về các vấn đề liên quan đến HTQLCL, bao gồm cả việc lựa chọn tổ chức chứng nhận;
- Tổ chức các cuộc họp xem xét của lãnh đạo;
- Xem xét tài liệu của HTQLCL;
- Kiểm soát việc thống kê và xử lý ý kiến phàn nàn, khiếu nại từ khách hàng và các thông tin về đo lường sự thoả mãn của khách hàng;
- Kiểm soát việc thực hiện đánh giá chất lượng nội bộ;
- Kiểm soát việc thực hiện hành động khắc phục, phòng ngừa;
- Tập hợp và phê duyệt các đề xuất cải tiến HTQLCL.
