Khi phát hiện hành vi vi phạm, cấp quản lý trực tiếp nhân viên hoặc những người có trách nhiệm giữ gìn an toàn trật tự như lực lượng Bảo Vệ, Phụ trách kho hàng, Phụ trách Nhân Sự, Hành Chánh, Quản Lý Chất Lượng…(được gọi chung là người giám sát nội quy) phải lập ngay Biên bản vi phạm (mẫu đính kèm). Biên bản vi phạm ngay sau đó được gửi cho cấp giám sát trực tiếp nhân viên (nếu cấp giám sát không trực tiếp lập biên bản).

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Infringement proceedings immediately then send direct staff supervision level (if the level of monitoring does not directly set the minutes).

Upon detection of violations, direct management or employees who are responsible for maintaining safety and order as Forces Protection, in charge of the warehouse, in charge of Human Resources, Administration, Quality Management ... (to be referred to as supervisory rules) must be made immediately violation record (sample attached). Immediate violation record is then sent directly to the supervisory level staff (if not direct supervision level recorded in writing).
