Bên nhận tài trợ sẽ xây dựng, duy trì hay thiết lập một hệ thống quản lý các tác động, rủi ro và các hoạt động điều chỉnh cần thiết nhằm tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật về môi trường và xã hội tại nước sở tại cùng các yêu cầu trong các tiêu chuẩn thực thi IFC và hướng dẫn EHS đã được xác định trong kế hoạch hành động.
