1. Thời gian bảo hành công trình là 1 năm kể từ khi hai bên ký biên bản nghiệm thu và đưa vào sừ dụng .
2. Điều kiện bảo hành: Bảo hành các hạng mục bên B thi công. Bên B không chịu trách nhiệm cho các hư hỏng do lỗi thiết bị do bên B không không cung cấp, lỗi người sử dụng như: sử dụng không đúng chức năng và làm hỏng thiết bị, hao mòn trong khi sử dụng . và các sự cố bất khả kháng ….
3. Trong thời gian bảo hành bên B phải có mặt trong vòng 24 giờ khi bên A thông báo để khắc phục sự cố nếu có.
