Sau thời gian 06 tháng mà CBNV vẫn chưa có kết quả đạt CCHN thì Công ty sẽ tạm giữ 10% hoa hồng cho đến khi CBNV có kết quả đậu khoá đào tạo đó nhưng không quá 01 năm kể từ ngày đủ điều kiện thi CCHN. Riêng trường hợp đã đủ 04 chứng chỉ chuyên môn trước khi ký HĐLĐ thì thời hạn 01 năm được tính từ ngày ký HĐLĐ.
