Môi trường là nơi mọi người sinh sống,cùng làm việc và mọi người đều phải có trách nhiệm giữ gìn môi trường sống chung.Hiện tượng vứt rác ra ngoài đường hay nơi công cộng đã ảnh hưởng đến môi trường chung.Chúng ta cần phải ngăn chặn.

Những người vứt rác nơi công cộng là những người thiếu ý thức về vấn đề bảo vệ môi trường,không chỉ do trình độ dân trí thấp mà còn do họ mang một cái bệnh khó chữa.Họ chỉ biết cái lợi cho riêng mình mà quên mất cái lợi cho cả xã hội,cộng đồng,quên đi những người đang sống xung quanh họ và tại hại hơn là họ quên đi cái môi trường mà hàng ngày họ đang sống,đang hít thở,không khí từ môi trường ấy,họ là những người sống không có trách nhiệm,đáng bị lên án và phê phán.
