Chính phủ phải nỗ lực tinh giản bộ máy hành chính nhà nước các cấp, đi đầu trong việc tiết kiệm công quỹ, sử dụng tài sản công, xe công, đi công tác nước ngoài... Chúng ta cần phải có trách nhiệm đối với từng đồng tiền thuế của dân, phải sử dụng minh bạch, hiệu quả, vì lợi ích chung của người dân và của toàn xã hội
