Thực hiện Nghị định số 60/2013/NĐ-C

Thực hiện Nghị định số 60/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 19/6/2013 của Chính phủ về thực hiện Quy chế dân chủ cơ sở tại nơi làm việc, đến nay đã có 30 doanh nghiệp tổ chức đối thoại, hội nghị người lao động tại đơn vị. Qua đó, đã có nhiều vướng mắc của người lao động được giải quyết, khó khăn trong sản xuất kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp được người lao động chia sẻ; sáng kiến, giải pháp trong sản xuất kinh doanh được đề xuất, chính sách chăm lo cho người lao động được giải quyết… đã góp phần trong công tác xây dựng mối quan hệ lao động hài hòa, ổn định và tiến bộ trong doanh nghiệp.
