Điều 5: Điều khoản thi hành

- Những vấn đề không ghi trong Hợp đồng Lao động này thì áp dụng quy định của Thỏa ước lao động tập thể và theo quy định của Bộ Luật lao động hiện hành.
- Hợp đồng lao động này được làm thành 02 bản gốc, bằng tiếng Việt, có giá trị pháp lý như nhau, mỗi bên giữ một bản gốc và có hiệu lực từ ngày 10 tháng 08 năm 2015. Khi hai bên ký kết phụ lục hợp đồng lao động thì nội dung của Phụ lục hợp đồng lao động cũng có giá trị như các nội dung của bản Hợp đồng Lao động này. Trong trường hợp có sự mâu thuẫn giữa nội dung của bản Hợp đồng Lao động này và phụ lục hợp đồng lao động thì thực hiện theo nội dung của Hợp đồng Lao động.

Hợp đồng Lao động này được làm tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh ngày 10 tháng 08 năm 2015
