Hai bên đã nghiệm thu xong thành phẩm cuối cùng, Bên A thanh toán hết số tiền trong hợp đồng nêu trên cho Bên B thì hợp đồng này được thanh lý.
Hai bên thống nhất ký vào Biên bản Nghiệm thu và Thanh lý hợp đồng này.
Biên bản Nghiệm thu và Thanh lý này được lập thành 02 bản . Bên A giữ 01 bản, Bên B giữ 01 bản và có giá trị pháp lý như nhau.
