Chào Will...Hiện tại tôi chỉ có 1 thiết kế chung của công ty để gửi cho bạn...Tôi thấy có một vài khách hàng cũng đã thiết kế lại 1 căn tương tự rất đẹp, tuy nhiên khách hàng này lại mua 2 căn hộ liên tiếp nên thiết kế có chút khác biệt, tôi chỉ gửi để bạn tham khảo các hình ảnh phong phú hơn ( bạn vui lòng xem các hình ảnh của căn hộ A01F5 và A02F5, thiết kế ghép đôi căn hộ với nhau ).
- Nếu bạn cần thi công trọn gói căn hộ, giá chính thức ký hợp đồng là: 482.774.000 vnđ.
- Nếu bạn đã quyết định thi công trọn gói, phương thức thanh toán sẽ như sau:
+ Bạn có thể thanh toán ngay 100% giá trị hợp đồng thi công.
+ Bạn thanh toán theo tiến độ sau:
1st: 50% 241.387.000, Within 04 (four) days from the signing date hereof. This amount includes Deposit amount under the Deposit Agreement, if any.

2nd: 30% 144.832.200, Within (four) days from the date the Company notify of the plaster ceiling completion and floor laying completion of the Apartment in accordance with the Drawing Design and Cost Estimates Documents.

3rd: 20% 96.554.800, Within 04 (four) days from the date the Company notify of completion construction with regard to the entire Apartment.

Total 100% 482.774.000.
