Minh thân mến,
Tôi rất vui khi nhận được thư của bạn, đây là lần đầu tiên nhận thư kể từ ngày bạn định cư tại Nga. Hiện tôi sống tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, một thành phố trẻ, trung tâm kinh tế lớn của Việt Nam.
Trước năm 1975, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh có tên là Sài Gòn và có gần 300 năm tuổi. Sau khi Việt Nam thống nhất hai miền Nam Bắc, Thành phố đã bắt tay vào xây dựng, kiến thiết, nhiều con đường lớn, nhà cao tầng, nhà máy, bệnh viện, trường học, khu vui chơi giải trí … được đưa vào sử dụng. Nhiều quận, huyện mới được thành lập, trong đó có quận Bình Tân nơi tôi sinh sống cũng được tách ra từ huyện Bình Chánh năm 2003. Sau 40 năm đất nước thống nhất, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đã trở thành đầu tầu kinh tế của Việt Nam. Một nơi tuyệt vời, đáng sống và là nơi nuôi dưỡng ước mơ, hoài bão của nhiều người.
Vâng đó là nơi sinh sống của tôi. Tôi hy vọng sớm gặp lại bạn!

Currently I live in Ho Chi Minh City, a young city, Vietnam's largest economic hub.Before 1975, Ho Chi Minh City named Saigon and has nearly 300 years old. After Vietnam unification of two North-South region, the city has embarked on construction, construction, many major roads, buildings, factories, hospitals, schools, recreational areas ... are put to use. Several new districts were established, including the district where I live are also separated from the Binh Chanh district in 2003. After 40 years the unified country, Ho Chi Minh City has become the beginning of Vietnam's economic ship. After the reunification of Vietnam from South and North, the city has embarked on the construction, reconstruction, major roads, buildings, factories, hospitals, schools, amusement parks ... are taken into use. Many districts newly formed, including Binh Tan district where I live are separated from Binh Chanh District in 2003. After 40 years of reunification, Ho Chi Minh City has become the economic locomotives of Vietnam. A wonderful place, a place worth living and nurture dreams, ambitions of many people.
