2. Phương thức bảo trì: Bên B sẽ ứng cứu tạm thời các thiết bị hư hỏng phát sinh do lỗi từ phía nhà sản xuất trong suốt thời gian bảo hành. Thời gian thiết bị được đưa đi sửa chữa bảo hành sẽ không được quá bốn (4) tuần. Trường hợp thiết bị không được bảo hành hoặc hết hạn bảo hành thì trong vòng 4-6 tuần bên A phải đầu tư thiết bị mới hoặc gia hạn bảo hành để thay thế thiết bị được ứng cứu tạm thời.
