Làm việc trong bộ phận marketing của trung tâm, em phụ trách marketing sản phẩm:
Công việc hằng ngày:
- Đăng bài lên các fanpage của mạng xã hội Facebook
- Đăng bài trên các diễn đàn công nghệ thông tin, diễn đàn tin học, diễn đàn sinh viên, diễn đàn rao vặt quảng cáo
- Xây dựng danh sách email khách hàng và gửi email quảng cáo khoá học
- Trực văn phòng, tiếp nhận, trả lời điện thoại và cung cấp thông tin các khóa học đến các học viên và khách hàng tiềm năng.
Sau 1 tháng thực tập tôi được phân công hướng dẫn cho các bạn mới bắt đầu thực tập.
3 tuần cuối được phân công tạo các gian hàng trên website và mạng xã hội Facebook.
