Khi có yêu cầu cần đánh giá lại chất lượng của sản phẩm đã và đang lưu hành trên thì thị trường nhưng trong kho đã bán hết. Bộ phận QM sẽ tiến hành lấy mẫu lưu ra để kiểm tra chất lượng từ đó đưa ra kết luận về chất lượng sản phẩm
