Xin chào các bạn, mình tên là Yến, năm nay mình 15 tuổi, mình sống ở Liên Đầm. Mình học lớp 10a12 trường trung học phổ thông Lê Hồng Phong. Hôm nay mình đến đây tham gia cuộc thi này, nhưng trước tiên mình muốn hỏi các bạn mộ câu hỏi: "Bạn nghĩ gì về tình hình môi trường hiện nay?" Mình nghĩ các bạn sẽ đưa ra câu trả lời:" không có gì" hoặc là "tình hình môi trường hiện nay vẫn bình thường" Bạn thật có nghĩ môi trường hiện nay vẫn ổn? Chắc chắn ai ở trong số các bạn sẽ đưa ra câu trả lời như thế nhưng riêng mình thì lại không nghĩ như thế. Và bây giờ, để giải đáp thắc mắc trong các bạn hãy cùng mình tìm hiểu xem tình hình môi trường hiện nay nhé.
Ngày nay, vấn đề ô nhiễm môi trường đã và đang ngày càng trở nên nghiêm trọng hơn, các bạn không phải tìm ở đâu xa bởi vì ngay chính đất nước Việt Nam ta vấn đề này xảy ra rất nhiều. Các bạn có thể dễ dàng bắt gặp những hình ảnh,những thông tin về việc môi trường bị ô nhiễm ngay trên các phương tiện truyền thông. Tình trạng các khu đô thị, các nhà máy,các thành phố lớn,các khu công nghiệp chưa gắn với vấn đề xử lí chất thải, nước thải nên ô nhiễm môi trường đang ở mức báo động.
Trong tổng số 183 khu công nghiệp trong nước, có trên 60% khu công nghiệp chưa có hệ thống xử lí nước thải. Họ nghĩ những việc làm của họ là quá nhỏ bé không đủ để làm hại tới môi trường, hoặc việc bảo vệ môi trường là của nhà nước , của chính quyền mà không phải là của mình. Một số khác lại nghĩ: việc môi trường bị ô nhiễm thì có làm gì đi chăng nữa cũng không ảnh hưởng gì tới mình nhiều. Họ suy nghĩ vậy nhưng không phải vậy. Phá hoại môi trường của một người tuy chỉ ảnh hưởng nhỏ nhưng tập hợp nhiều người thì bạn nghĩ môi trường sẽ như thế nào? Dù trách nhiệm bảo vệ môi trường tuy cũng có một phần là của nhà nước nhưng đa phần lại là của dân.
Một nguyên nhân khác là sự thiếu trách nhiệm của các doanh nghiệp, họ đặt nặng mục tiêu tối đa hóa lợi nhuận, không ít doanh nghiệp đã vi phạm quy trình khai thác ,góp phần đáng kể gây ô nhiễm môi trường. Bên cạnh đó, chính sự chưa chặt chẽ trong việc quản lí bảo vệ môi trường của nhà nước chính vì thế nhà nước cũng đã tiếp tay cho các hành vi phá hoại môi trường tiếp diễn liên tục. Việt Nam thiếu những chính sách, quy định bảo vệ môi trường nghiêm ngặt và do đang thu hút mạnh các nguồn vốn của các nhà đầu tư trên thế giới để phát triển nên dễ mắc sai lầm. Ví dụ ngành thép làm tốn nhiều tài nguyên như đất, nước, năng lượng thải ra những chất thải nguy hại cho môi trường. Ngoài ra, lượng xe lưu thông ngày càng nhiều ở nước ta cũng góp phần không nhỏ vào việc ô nhiễm không khí.
Hậu quả để lại cho con người không nhỏ, nhiều người đã trở thành nạn nhân bất đắc dĩ của nạn ô nhiễm môi trường, điển hình như " làng ung thư" hàng trăm người đã chết vì căn bệnh ung thư mà nguyên nhân là do dùng nguồn nước bị ô nhiễm thải ra. Trong tương lai gần Việt Nam có thể bị thiếu lượng nước ngọt sinh hoạt trầm trọng do lượng nước ô nhiễm ngày càng nhiều...
Chúng ta cần phải tiếp tục công cuộc bảo vệ và làm sạch môi trường bằng những biện pháp tốt hơn, thiết thực hơn nữa. Phải có cách hình thức xử phạt thật nặng và nghiêm minh đối với các cá nhân, tổ chức, cơ quan có hành vi phá hoại môi trường làm ảnh hưởng tới cuộ sống của người dân. Cần giáo dục ý thức cho người dân qua các hình thức tuyên truyền, cổ động như tổ chức những buổi giao lưu bàn về vấn đề môi trường tại các đơn vị hành chính cấp phường, xã...
Đưa những bài viết chi tiết hơn về môi trường trong các sách giáo khoa ngay từ cấp tiểu học, giúp học sinh có thái độ và cái nhìn đúng đắn về môi trường và những hậu quả của việc phá hoại môi trường. Giúp học sinh biết yêu và bảo vệ môi trường mình đang sống, phát động thường xuyên những phong trào tình nguyện.
