Đầu tiên, TPP sẽ giúp Việt Nam cân

Đầu tiên, TPP sẽ giúp Việt Nam cân bằng được quan hệ thương mại với các khu vực thị trường trọng điểm, tránh phụ thuộc quá mức vào một khu vực thị trường nhất định.
Thứ hai, quan hệ thương mại tự do với các thị trường lớn như Mỹ, Canada và việc Nhật Bản xóa bỏ thuế nhập khẩu cho hàng nông sản trong TPP, (sẽ là cú hích thực sự cho xuất khẩu của Việt Nam).
Thứ ba, thu hút vốn đầu tư nước ngoài vào Việt Nam, tạo ra nhiều công ăn việc làm, hình thành năng lực sản xuất mới để tận dụng các cơ hội xuất khẩu và tham gia các chuỗi giá trị trong khu vực và toàn cầu do TPP đem lại.
Cuối cùng, việc kí kết TPP sẽ hỗ trợ tích cực cho quá trình tái cơ cấu và đổi mới mô hình tăng trưởng, sẽ có tác dụng rất tốt để hoàn thiện thể chế kinh tế cũng như tăng cường cải cách hành chính.
