Đến Phan hay bất cứ nơi nào ven biển, thì điều nên làm nhất đó là tắm biển. Nếu bạn ở trong thành phố, thì bãi biển Đồi Dương là một sự lựa chọn hợp lý. Đây là bãi tắm của thành phố, với 1 đồi dương rộng sau lưng và bãi cát khá dài. Bãi biển cũng khá sạch, sóng nhỏ và an toàn. Tuy không đẹp bằng nhiều bãi biể khác, nhưng do gần nên chiều nào cũng chật cứng người (hầu hết là dân thành phố). Hồi sống ở Phan, tôi thích ra đây, vì thích tắm biển (chắc rồi) và vì đây là một chỗ ồn ào rất hay ho với nhiều trò thú vị (bóng đá, bóng chuyền...).
