Theo hợp đồng đã ký thì bản đồ nền và phần mềm ArcGIS sẽ được cấp sau một tháng kể từ ngày ký hợp đồng ( t4/2016). thực tế việc này đã bị chậm trễ so với kế hoạch đưa ra. nếu vẫn giữ nguyên thời gian hợp đồng giao hàng là 45 ngày thì tôi e sẽ không thể hoàn thành đúng tiến độ như hợp đồng đề ra. 1. Rút ngắn thời gian giao hàng sớm nhất có thể
