Nâng cao những kiến thức cần thiết cho hoạt động giao tiếp đàm phán phục vụ cho hoạt động kinh doanh trong tương lai.
- Học sự tự tin trong giao tiếp, thuyết trình trước đám đông, tránh sự tự ti.
