Các trường hợp không được bảo hành: Chập cháy do nguồn điện, rơi vỡ, tự ý tháo lắp sửa chữa, làm mất, rách tem bảo hành, các điều kiện khách quan do thiên tai mang lại...không bảo hành đối với vật tư phụ. Toàn bộ thiết bị bảo hành, Bên A có trách nhiệm thông báo tới văn phòng đại diện của bên B bằng văn bản cụ thể, email, fax. Bên B có trách nhiệm cử cán bộ kỹ thuật đến công trình,bảo hành thiết bị cho bên A khi nhận được trong thời gian sớm nhất có thể, chậm nhất 01 ngày kể từ khi nhận được thông báo.
