2.1 Mục tiêu chung
Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu tình hình thực hiện dịch vụ Internet-Banking của các ngân hàng thương mại Việt Nam giai đoạn từ 2011-2016, những ưu điểm và nhược điểm, cơ hội và thách thức của loại hình dịch vụ này. Qua đó kiến nghị những giải pháp nhằm phát triển dịch vụ ngày càng tốt hơn.
2.2 Mục tiêu cụ thể
- Một số khái niệm cơ bản về Ngân hàng thương mại và dịch vụ Internet-Banking.
- Tình hình phát triển dịch vụ Internet-Banking hiện nay của các Ngân hàng thương mại giai đoạn 2011-2016.
- Phân tích những ưu và nhược điểm, cơ hội và thách thức trong việc phát triển loại hình dịch vụ này.
- Đề ra một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ, đáp ứng như cầu ngày càng đa đạng của khách hàng.
