•• Thiết kế, xây dựng, ban hành – phổ biến, sửa đổi các qui trình chất lượng và duy trì, phát triển hệ thống QLCL tại Doanh nghiệp.
• Kiểm soát việc thực thi của các phòng ban liên quan.
• Hàng tuần, tháng đánh giá hiệu quả đạt được và hiệu lực của hệ thống, đồng thời báo cáo cho Ban LĐ Doanh nghiệp.
• Đề xuất những trở ngại, phương hướng khắc phục để duy trì tính ổn định của sản phẩm và đạt mục tiêu đã đặt ra.
• Trực tiếp xử lý các bất thường phát sinh trong quá trình vận hành của doanh nghiệp.
• Tư vấn, hỗ trợ các phòng ban liên quan trong việc duy trì và kiểm soát hệ thống đã ban hành.
• Chủ trì cuộc họp chất lượng định kỳ hàng tháng, thảo luận những vấn đề còn tồn đọng và nêu phương hướng khắc phục.
• Tham gia, phụ trách chính các kỳ đánh giá định kỳ hàng năm.
• Lập báo cáo tổng hợp tình hình kinh doanh tháng, quý, năm và đánh giá hiệu quả đạt được cùng những vấn đề còn tồn đọng cần khắc phục cho Ban LĐ Doanh nghiệp.
• Cuối năm, tổng kết và lập bảng phân tích mục tiêu mới trình Ban LĐ.
Thay đổi tư duy của Ban LĐ về vai trò và tầm quan trọng trong việc áp dụng hệ thống QLCL tại Doanh nghiệp. Tôi đã mất 01 năm để thay đổi cách nghĩ, cách làm thông qua việc phổ biến, hướng dẫn và chứng minh cho toàn thể cán bộ nhân viên trong Công ty thấu hiểu tầm quan trọng của hệ thống văn bản ISO và áp dụng thành thục vào thực tiễn công việc.

Change of thinking Labour Committee on the role and importance in the application of quality management system in the enterprise. It took me 01 years to change the way of thinking and acting through the dissemination, guidelines and demonstrate to all officers and employees in the Company understands the importance of secondary legislation applicable ISO and maturation in practical work.
